A commission for the sculpture garden at the Darling Home for Kids. I thought that if I were a child trapped in a malfunctioning body all I would want to do is to be able to fly like a fairy.

Set in the hilly escarpment north of Milton, The Darling Home for Kids provides paediatric hospice care and respite services to families within communities in Ontario who have children with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses requiring complex care and/or technology-dependent care.  http://www.darlinghomeforkids.ca/
